Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order within one business day after receiving it. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or carrier delays. On average, delivery takes about 3 business days.

In case of any delivery issues, we will notify you via email and/or SMS.

Returns and Exchanges

You may exchange products for items of equal or greater value within 7 business days of receiving your order, at no additional cost. The products must be intact and sealed.

If you receive a damaged product or encounter another issue, you may return it within 7 business days for a full refund. The 7-day period begins from the day you receive your order.

Please note that products with the seal removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products received after 7 business days are not eligible for exchange or return, even if they are still sealed.
